Warranties
We recommend you register your purchase with us to enforce your warranty coverage and keep up to date on product information and offers. We advise you to register your furniture within 30 days, however, as long as you have your proof of purchase and are able to provide this to our customer service team, your furniture will still be covered by our warranty. General Conditions
- All cushions and frames must be Fern Living products
- Goods must be purchased through British Garden Centres. (British Garden Centre locator)
- Product registration is voluntary and has no affect on your statutory rights. Any information you provide via the registration process is for use by British Garden Centres only and will never be released, rented or sold to third parties.
- Items that are ex-display will have a limited warranty starting from the date of delivery the item was originally put on display.
Please note: Cushion designs are retained in our library for around 10 years. We reserve the right to alter designs and will offer a suitable alternative if your original design choice has been discontinued.
